Understanding the My Offer area

In this easy guide, we'll show you how to use the Offers tab on Kinguin. This will help you understand how to sell more.

The Offers tab is where sellers can do things on Kinguin. It's one of the most used tabs for work stuff, along with the Customer Support Tab.

The Offers tab is like the main place for managing your offers on Kinguin. You can see your offers and what you have to sell there. You can do a lot of things, like making new offers, changing prices, and using tools like Sales Booster and Smart Pricing Assistant.

When you go to the Offers tab, you'll see two sections: My Offers and Product Requests.

Let’s start with My offers:

In this screen, all sellers can see a big picture of their products, how much they have in stock, and the prices. But first, let's look at the handy quick filter buttons right above the products before we go into the offer details.

These buttons make it easy for sellers to quickly organize important things, like:

  1. Active Offers: This tells you how many products you can sell right now because you have them in stock and they're on display in your store.

  1. Watchlist Offers: The watchlist is a tool to pick certain products for different reasons. You can use it to keep an eye on prices or sales of specific items that interest you.

  1. Out of Stock Products: This shows you which products are currently not available. It's a reminder to think about getting more from your suppliers to have more to sell on Kinguin, which could help you make more money.

  1. Blocked or Pending Offers: Here, you can see a list of offers that might have some issues. You can find out why some products can't be sold or are waiting for something. This can help you solve any problems faster.

Beneath those quick filter buttons you can see a small green button - New Offers.

This is the place where a merchant can click and add a new product that he wants to sell. Entering this section will open this view:

In the middle of the screen, there are some product templates. These are like pre-made examples you can use. On the right, there's a search bar. You can use it to find specific products you want to sell. Just type the product name, and we'll show you a list of similar templates we already made.

If you can't find the exact one you need, you can make a brand new product. To do that, click on "New Product Request" on the right side.

When you use a template, you just have to do a few easy things. You check the product description, see where it can be activated, and what languages it's in. Make sure it's right for your product.

If you found a good product template, you have a few choices. You can click the green "Preview" button to see how your sales page will look. Or you can make a new offer by clicking the green button next to it.

There's also a special "Pre-purchase" button, which is for a special situation. It's for when you want to sell something even if you don't have it yet. This is mostly for big sales, not for "Pre-order" stuff, which is clearly shown in the product title.

When you decide to make an offer, you'll go to the next page. There, you set prices and say how many you have to sell. When you finish, just click the green buttons, and you can start selling!

If you can't find the right template, you can make your own offer by clicking "New Product Request," as we mentioned before. This process is a bit more involved, but it's not too hard. Just remember to give all the info to make the product easy for customers. Think about what a customer or gamer would want to know, like regions, languages, and content. When you've filled in all the needed details, click the green "Save" button, and our team will check it. You can see the progress in the "Product Request" section.

QUICK FILTERS

As we go further down the page, we find more quick filter buttons.

  1. By clicking “Product Category” you will reveal subcategories that enable you to filter products, displaying only those items that belong to the same category.

  1. By clicking “Platform” you will have an option to filter the products by activation platform - is it Steam, Origin and so on, all is there. The merchant can filter and check his products for any available platform.

  1. The "Buy Button Visibility" is something cool. It's about a special tool we have called Sales Booster. This tool helps you compete with other sellers, even if your price isn't the lowest. It's great for small sellers who want to sell more. When you click on this button, you can organize your offers by how good the Sales Booster is. The higher the score, the better the tool works. You can learn more in the Sales Booster tutorial.

  1. Smart Pricing is connected to our Smart Pricing Assistant (SPA). SPA is like a smart helper that can change prices for sellers without them doing it all themselves. When you click this button, you can see which of your offers have been changed by SPA, and which haven't.

  1. Stock Availability means how many products you have in your storage. When you click it, your products are sorted by how many you have, so you can quickly see which ones you have a lot of and which ones you don't have many of.

  1. The Price filter is simple to use. It helps you find games that fit your budget by letting you pick a price range.

Below, there's a useful checkbox that turns on a bunch of actions you can do all at once. This makes it easy to manage products faster, so you don't have to spend too much time or effort.

By clicking a few times, you can quickly do lots of things at once, like putting products on your watchlist, using SPA, selling them in bulk, or turning them on or off.

Next to the checkbox, there are titles for columns about your stock. They have all the important info that a seller needs.

Here's the important stuff you'll see:

Product names

-How much you have in stock to sell

-How well the product is selling for you each day, week, and month

-The lowest price you can find in the market

-Your place among sellers

-Your pricing (IWTR - I want to receive, CP - current price)

-Two columns for Sales Booster and SPA

-Most of these are easy to understand, and you can click on them to sort your products. For example, you can click "Position" to see your products from best-selling to worst-selling.

What's cool here is that the Sales Booster and Smart Pricing Assistant columns have buttons to turn them on or off. Clicking these buttons opens a window where you can set different values to help your sales.

To learn more about these tools and what the percentage values mean, check out the SB and SPA tutorials. They explain how these tools work and why they're useful.

On the right side of each offer, there's a menu with three dots. You can use it to view the offer, add it to your watchlist, or turn it on or off.
